Creating paranormal romance under starry skies and wild seas......
Living in the far reaches of the southwestern UK, life has a slower pace (thankfully!) and a sultry southern feel.
It's a bit like living on an island.
Working in natural healthcare for 25 years, and always a fantasy writer, I decided in 2013 to actually set myself the task of finishing a novel. It came to me after a near death experience, where dreams and reality blurred for a long time. And what was curiosity about what lay beyond us, soon became a novel named "The Calling" a story of a love affair between an archangel and a sea nymph of Ancient Greece. It evolved into "Revelation", the story of her daughter, and has become "The Eternal Series." Amazing how these things happen!
Selkies are also simmering in my dreams at the moment as well.....once I get closer to completing it I will begin to share more.
Put pen to page whenever you can, and paint too. Sing. Move. Create. And always, sea swim!
You know you want to...... x

Meeting the sexy and mysterious Lord Ios at a masquerade ball in Dublin, leads to the opening of a door to another world. Selene soon finds herself at the heart of an ancient prophecy, and hunted by one of the most lethal demon goddesses of all time, Lilith.
Ios disappears back in time, seeking both the prophecy,...
Selene couldn’t keep her mind from returning to Ios. Was he still in Chios? Was he safe? Was he thinking about her? And more annoyingly, was he alone? Every time she closed her eyes, there he stood, and it took her breath away.
It had only been two days since he had left her, mostly naked, in his bed in London.
I cannot believe it's been so long since I posted here. Things have been crazy busy and sometimes that is just life. I met a friend at hers the other day to walk down the cliffs for a swim, and as I walked through the gate, the peacock was sat on the top of the balcony. I had my phone in hand and just snapped this as he took off. Majestic with the stunning feathers alight with the glow of the early morning sun. Wow.
This morning I woke to discover that my book Ritual had won second place in the YA/NA category and first place for the Eternal Series in YA/NA!
Now that was a very unexpected gift! I am so grateful, this award is from readers, and I am so thankful and awed at this news. I have been deep in rewrites for Pyre (Book 3 of the Eternal Series) and it has been intense! So this has been a light of inspiration for me to keep hammering away at it!
Thanks a million to everyone who read and chose...
